As someone who works for and by himself from home, both of your reflections on the value of community, not only from a wellness perspective but frankly when it comes to solving problems, were a timely (and useful!) reminder.
Lastly Freddies advice to his 18 year old self reminded me of the quote I believe is often attributed to Teddy Roosevelt ‘comparison is the thief of joy’! Again a useful opportunity to self reflect.
